It wasn't long ago when I hopped in this Mediterranean Cruise exploring the gems of the Adriatic sea all the way to the island of Santorini. Seven days of adventure, great food and top entertainment.
There is a lot to choose from when it comes to Cruises. The competition is very high and prices even during the high season are affordable along the Mediterranean routes. Particularly I noticed that anything pointing towards the Greek Islands offers amazing deals. If you are heading this way, I totally recommend starting your journey from Venice, so you can enjoy from a unique 300 feet height the spectacular view of the old city right at sunset along the Grand Canal, leaving you with the remarkable frame of 'San Marco' square just before leaving the laguna.
Our first challenge after checking in was actually finding our room. The Costa Crociere ship was massive. Now, I don't wont to tell you much more, so you can enjoy more this video...
Today is actually Aug 15th - known as 'Ferragosto" in Italy, an important day of festivity..
